This new and easy-to follow, yet profound practice was taught by His Eminence Khensur Konchog Gyaltshen in November 2025. In this text, there is a Creation Stage: Chenrezig (Tara is another option for the practitioner). Instead of saying the Deity’s mantra, the OM AH HUNG mantra is used, symbolizing and purifying with the essences of loving kindness (OM); compassion (AH); and bodhicitta (HUNG). There are two levels of purification: Self and Universal. Next, in the Action Bodhicitta Section, there is purification of the six realms, and sentient beings. Finally, in the Dissolution Stage, one dissolves the visualization and rests in one’s natural state. Sealing it with a Dedication Prayer.
